Bel Air

Set in the hills of Bel Air, this 8,500 sqft new-build residence replaced the original property with a three-level home designed around contemporary California living. The six-bedroom house includes seven bathrooms, a gym, cinema and infinity pool, with 2,500 sqft of outdoor space.

Over a 1.5-year programme, we provided design and project management, interior fit-out and construction procurement, overseeing the project from concept through to completion.
