Above the Sunset Strip, this 12,000 sqft hillside residence replaced an existing property with a three-level home designed around its dramatic setting. The seven-bedroom house includes ten bathrooms, an infinity pool, gym, cinema and an 11,000 sqft outdoor programme with a private motor court.
Over a two-year programme, we provided project management, construction procurement, interior fit-out, value-add marketing and sales strategy, overseeing the project through to completion.
