Monteleone Di Fermo

Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, Weber Projects fully restored and brought new life to a 200-year-old farmhouse in the Marche region. We oversaw the complete transformation of this 5,000 sqft rural retreat, delivering a refined, turnkey holiday villa.

The project encompassed the complete design and project management of the villa, including the modernisation of the kitchen and bathrooms and the selection and integration of FF&E. We managed its delivery with a local contractor, from concept through to completion. The design balanced the property’s historic character with a refined, contemporary aesthetic.
