A major mixed-use development in Bayswater, this project involved site acquisition and assembly, demolition, and the construction of a new 13-storey building comprising 57 residences with extensive amenity spaces, prime restaurant accommodation, private healthcare facilities, and new gates to Kensington Palace Gardens. Spanning 104,000 sq ft of NIA and 25,000 sq ft of commercial space, the four-year programme drew on our underwriting, investment memorandums, development management, market positioning, strategic pricing, pipeline intelligence, interior design direction, sales strategy, and construction procurement. The scheme carries a GDV of £460 million.
