A 27-residence ski development in Crested Butte, totalling roughly 43,000 sq ft of NIA, was repositioned for investors over a 2.5-year programme. Our role spanned market positioning, pre-development design input, brand consultation, strategic pricing, and the full compilation of the investment book. The scheme carried a construction cost of $40 million and a GDV of $90 million.
