A 7,500 sq ft contemporary family home in St John’s Wood, this six-bed, seven-bath property underwent a full renovation including an indoor pool and complete interior overhaul. Over a 12-month programme, we delivered end-to-end services spanning pre-development strategy, full architectural design, construction tendering, interior design, day-to-day project management, and FF&E procurement and staging. The project was completed for £2 million with a resulting GDV of £20 million.
