A compact 500 sq ft flat in Kensington was fully redeveloped through a targeted retrofit, transforming the one-bed, one-bath layout with a complete architectural and interior redesign. Delivered over a three-month programme, our scope included property sourcing, feasibility and real estate analysis, design, FF&E procurement and staging, construction procurement, full project management, and value-add marketing. The project was completed for £60k and achieved a GDV of £1 million.
