This 1,350 sq ft home in Chiswick underwent a focused retrofit to modernise the five-bed, three-bath layout and improve the connection to the garden. Over a nine-month programme, we delivered architectural space planning, interior design with a full FF&E package, and construction costing. The works were completed for £150k, resulting in a GDV of £1.5 million.
