A 12,000 sq ft hillside new-build above the Sunset Strip, this three-level home was developed following acquisition and demolition of the existing structure, delivering seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, an infinity pool, gym, cinema, and an 11,000 sq ft outdoor programme including a motor court. Over two years, we handled day-to-day project management, construction procurement, interior fit-out, value-add marketing, and sales strategy. The project carried a construction cost of $22 million and achieved a GDV of $40 million.
