This 6,000 sq ft townhouse in Belgravia underwent a full retrofit redevelopment across six floors, creating a six-bed, eight-bath home with a cinema room and a 1,200 sq ft terrace. Delivered over an 18-month programme, our role covered day-to-day development management, planning, construction procurement, interior fit-out, and full project management, along with value-add marketing support. The scheme was completed for £2.2 million and achieved a GDV of £22 million.
